Bealonians FC, take the appointment of all managers and coaches very seriously. Bealonians FC is a Charter Standard Development Club and need to follow a series of procedures to maintain this prestigious status.
All of our managers and coaches need to come to an interview before 4 committee members, where they are asked a series of questions, they are then CRB checked, they must then attend a Child Protection Workshop, attend an Emergency Aid course, and then complete their FA Level 1 coaching badge. They are then mentored by a club official for 6 months before they are approved Bealonians management staff.
Very few clubs go through this procedure. We feel that the childrens safety is paramount, and we will do everything we can to protect our players.
